All of these Thursday Doors were taken from a moving car and I concentrated on capturing as many red doors as possible on a two hour journey. Only a handful were clear enough to post (sorry but it was raining and we were in a hurry).

I did manage to snap a few more doors but they weren’t red. Next week I’ll feature a horse of a different colour. (Hint).
Thanks so much for stopping by and for lots of interesting Thursday Doors of all shapes and sizes, head on over to Norm’s blog.
I love a white cottage with a red door. I’d like a home like that.

That red stands out beautifully against the wonderful landscape.

It’s a popular door colour here, Jack.

A red door should know better than to try to hide from you Jean 😀
Nice door captures and pretty countryside.

I have to admit I didn’t know it had a red door until I looked at the photos afterward and zoomed in, lol.

Red it is! Since it’s your favorite color for doors, do you also have clothes items in red? (rhetorical!) How is life for you – are you still building on your cottage? here, life this year is so intense! Hubs started with putting in a new bathroom, literally everything in a different place, then his surgery, now he is continuing, and I am in the thicket of my story and painting for middle of July. Only blogging on the edges of my time:)

I have a few red items of clothing but not much, Jesh. Our renovating is at a snails pace right now but that’s better than a standstill, lol. You are certainly having a busy year. Hope your husband has recovered well.

I have a red door, and I love it. I think it shows a little attitude. 🙂

That might explain why so many tiny cottages have red doors, Judy. Small house – big attitude 😉

Thanks Brenda. They’re the ones that survived, most had to be deleted but it’s fun trying to get them. It makes a long journey seem shorter.

I love the brightness of these red doors. A nice spot of colour in that white and gray and green.

I think that’s why brightly coloured doors are so popular here in Ireland.
