This review is from: Finding Kaden (The Finding Trilogy) (Kindle Edition)
Really enjoyed this book. I cant wait till I read Jean’s next novel. I hope that will be soon.
I read this book even though it was my teenage sons to read, I had a flick through it and was intrigued. I got engrossed in the story from the start and couldnt put it down!
Highly recommend this book for adults and
Kaden, a late teen, woke up after a brutal attack only to find he does not remember anything of his former life. Befriended by a young homeless boy, Jasper, he is taken to a homeless shelter “Soup ‘n’ Sleep”, where things aren’t quite as they seem.
I really enjoyed this book, the connections developed between the characters are warm and friendly. The book takes you along Kaden’s journey as he tries to escape the “..world of abduction, conspiracy, exploitation and murder” and make sense of his forgotten life. This is a happy, feel-good book although there are sad bits and scandal. This book is suitable for teenagers and maybe young adults too. I would highly recommend reading this book. I eagerly anticipate the second book in the trilogy.

As I read this first installment of the Finding Series, intended for young adult readers, I reflected back on the books I enjoyed as a youth, and I have to say Finding Kaden was a treat. The characters were varied, interesting and alive with details, and the plot was well thought out and flowed nicely. The story unfolded at a comfortable pace, adding layers of complexity and depth in each additional chapter, which I must say I did not expect in a young adult novel. The author’s writing skills were evident with only a few minor glitches in formatting but they did not distract from the narrative. I look forward to reading the remainder of this entertaining series and would highly recommend it to young teens anxious for a clean, thought-provoking novel.

BookWorm is a good title for your site. Being a reader will be to your advantage through life. My trilogy is a futuristic medical suspense plot, so if you read a sample first you’ll know if it would appeal to you or not.

Sure, I would love to read your books! Just a heads up, I am a 14 year old, so I hope I fall in the age group of your preferred audience. Thanks!

It’s young adult genre so usually that includes your age. There are descriptions of surgery in parts of the trilogy, so beware if you’re a bit squeamish.
